2010 Pool Season
The pool will open Saturday, May 29th, (Memorial weekend). This year admittance to the pool requires that all residents present a 2010 pool pass and to sign-in with the lifeguard. To obtain a pool pass, owners must fill out the pool pass application form and send it to Cardinal Management, attn: Victoria Garner. Landlords are responsible for acquiring pool passes for their tenants. The majority of owners (68%) who responded to the survey regarding no smoking at the pool, voted in favor of making the entire pool area non-smoking. This also includes not smoking outside the pool entrance door. Smokers are to use the common area outside the pool by the pool's emergency gate.

Termite Monitoring
Sherlock's pest control has removed the green plastic items on the grounds by the buildings because they were damaged. They have temporarily placed wood stakes in place of the green termite monitors. Please do not disturb or move the stakes.
