Located in Fairfax County, Virginia, The Oakton is a garden-style condominium community consisting of 240 units in 24 buildings and a community pool. Surrounded by lush landscaping, all units have balconies or terraces, fireplaces, and some units have sunrooms, cathedral ceilings, and/or lofts.
The community is conveniently located near Interstate 66, route 123, and is only 1.5 miles from the Vienna Metro station.
The Oakton's units consists of 3 model styles (see list below) and the floor plans for each model vary. For instance, some floor plans may or may not have a sunroom, a den, or a loft.

Directions to The Oakton (from I-66)

Take route 123 north exit (Oakton/Vienna).

Turn right on Jermantown Rd.

After a half mile, at a traffic light, Jermantown Rd. will turn into Blake Ln. Go straight through the light.

Take the second right onto Bushman Dr.

Take the first left onto Oakton Terrace Rd.

Rush Hour Bus Service to and from Vienna Metro Station
The Fairfax Connector 466 bus goes to and from the Vienna Metro during morning and evening rush hours. The bus stop is outside of The Oakton's entrance on Bushman Drive.
