Committees

Joining a committee is a good way to meet your neighbors and to learn about the community. To be eligible to serve on committees, you must be an owner in good standing (no delinquencies). It is expected that committee members work objectively to the benefit of The Oakton unit owners association and without consideration of personal interest or gain. The committees adhere to The Oakton's Committee Charters.

The Oakton's committees include: Budget/Finance, Buidlings and Architectural Review, Landscaping and GroundsCommunications, and Social. If you are an owner in good standing and interested in joining one or more of The Oakton's commitees, contact Victoria Garner at Cardinal Managment at v.garner@cardinalmanagementgroup.com.

Owners not wishing to join a committee are welcome to attend the meetings. Committee meeting announcements are posted on this website's home page and/or at the mail kiosk.
