Dryer Vent Inspections & Cleaning Due

Unit owners are required to have their dryer vent inspected and cleaned by a professional by May 31, 2026. Email your receipt to Roberta Pierce-Osborne at Cardinal Management Group.
Many fireplace chimney professionals clean dryer vents therefore, if you need your chimney inspected and cleaned, ask them if they can do both. _______________________________________

For those who use their fireplace, the chimney requires inspection and cleaning by May 31, 2026. Ask your chimney professional if they also clean dryer vents because that service is also required by May 31. Email a copy of your receipt to Roberta Pierce-Osborne at Cardinal Management Group.
If you do not use your fireplace, you may submit a waiver. Go to the Forms page to download a copy of the waiver. Note: a copy of your homeowner's insurance must be included with the submission of the fireplace waiver form. _______________________________________
