Dominion Paving & Sealing Inc. will remove 5 inches of the existing asphalt (milling), re-pave, and re-stripe The Oakton’s roadways and parking areas. This project will renew the life of the asphalt surfaces as well as improve safety and aesthetics in the community.  

• During the two (2) days scheduled for the phases, all vehicles must be moved from the areas until the work is complete for the day. Vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
• Use the dumpsters at the entrance to discard trash & recycling. Curbside pick-up will not be available.
• The contractor will determine if the pool will be open during the project. 
• No work will be performed on the weekends.
• The schedule is weather permitting.

• This work includes the entrance drive and parking lot to Building 4.
• No vehicles will be permitted to enter and leave during the work. If your vehicle is parked in a completed phase, you will not be able to exit the property.

• The dumpsters at the entrance will be removed prior to this phase of work and curbside pick-up will not be available.
