Each unit is pre-wired for telephone and cable. Because the buildings are pre-wired for telephone and cable, wires for these (and other) utilities are not permitted to be attached to the outside of the buildings nor can holes be drilled into the outside siding to allow outside wiring to come into units. It is the owners' responsibility to ensure that all utility contractors servicing their unit adhere to this requirement. It is the owners' responsibility to repair and replace any damage done to the building structure due to the installation of non-compliant wiring on the behalf of a contractor servicing their unit.
